Insurance Coverage

Lakeland Sleep Centers accepts most insurance plans and participates in most HMOs and PPOs.  

If you have insurance we will do our best to see that you receive your maximum benefit. We will file insurance claims with your insurance carriers as long as you provide all of the necessary information.

Insurance typically covers diagnostic testing and sleep therapy equipment.
