  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or no‑show, we may keep the pre‑payment (unless you reschedule and complete a new appointment—we may waive the penalty).

Personal and payment information is stored securely and used only for these purposes; we do not share payment credentials beyond those needed to process or hold payments.

  • We retain your Personal Information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described (appointments, rentals, billing, legal / insurance requirements).
  • After that, we securely delete or anonymize your information, unless law requires longer retention.
